History of Innovation
Established in 1967, TOYO-RO has built a strong legacy of excellence in industrial furnace design and manufacturing. Since the introduction of gas furnaces in 1980, the company has led innovation in heat treatment technology—most notably with the launch of the TXG gas generator, which significantly improved energy efficiency. Driven by customer feedback and continuous improvement, TOYO-RO expanded globally in 2012, establishing Toyo-Ro American, Inc. in Indiana in 2013. As a direct extension of the parent company’s expertise, Toyo-Ro American offers U.S. customers cutting-edge furnace solutions, energy-efficient designs, and the same high standard of service that has defined TOYO-RO for over half a century.

At TOYO-RO, we have earned a reputation in Japan for exceptional maintenance services, operating 362 days a year with an “on-site first” approach—never turning down a repair request and always dispatching personnel to ensure accurate solutions. This commitment extends to the U.S. through Toyo-Ro American, Inc., where our teams are available year-round to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs. From January 2nd onward, both our Japan and U.S. teams are on call, ready to provide direct, professional support. Feedback from maintenance work also drives continuous product improvement, enabling us to deliver high-quality, reliable service and innovation across both markets.
